Ebay affiliate images

Hi there, I've recently joined Ebay affiliate program. I want to use third party seller's images on my affiliated website platform. Is it illegal to use the images for as long as I am linking the seller's images to the Ebay page of their product ?

You are based in the States and posting on the Uk boards.

To my knowledge affiliate programmes are not allowed on Ebay UK (i am sure someone will correct me if i am wrong)

May i suggest you log back into your home Ebay.com site and ask on their boards.   I have no clue if they are allowed on your home site or not.
