I'll not labour the point here, but i opened a new ebay for my buisness but was rejected permision to sell ecigs as the account was "new" so i converted by personal account that had from 2003 to a buisness one, and registered again. Knocked back again, wont change back to personal and wont say why i cant list on said catagory.
Anyone shed some light? Whats the deal here?
