Downgrade from Business to Personal Account

I thought I was going to have a business account on eBay but it never really took off so I want to downgrade to have a simple personal account.  How can I do this?

You would have to convince EBay that you are No Longer a Business. Probably be a lot easier just to open another Account as a Private Seller.
