You need to go to the item in your Purchase history and check that you did buy 4
If you did and bought them all together and only received 1 then you need to open a not as described dispute
Make sure you open the correct dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page
You have to do it as we are members like yourself
All problems with items are automatic in the resolution centre.
You want a refund not the other items sent but it will involve returning the one item you did receive
The seller should send a pre paid label for it back
