Do i need to do anything about these IOSS numbers? im not VAT registered

if i do where do i get them from? tried to speak to royal mail but could not get an answer. what a debacle.....

if you sell an item overseas and plan to send it directly to the buyer rather than use the GSP ebay will provide you with the IOSS number,

you then imput that number on the form when you purchase the postage online.
