So I was just sent an invoice of 77 pounds despite my items not being sold the past month.
Thing is, scammers/fake accounts kept "buying" my items but I would cancel the order as I knew they were scams. So do I still need to pay? Ebay also sent me various e-mails saying the order had to be cancelled because of suspicious buuyers and all.
If you have a non payer you open a non payment dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre
You can open one after 2 days and close after another 4 days
You get your final value fees back the non payer gets a strike and neither of you can leave feedback
If you dont do this then ebay do not know you did not get paid and you have to pay the fees
You have 32 days to open a dispute
You are probably out of time to do the non payments but if you are in time then do it now
It is a scammers dream for a new seller to be selling a phone and also to put on 1st class postage
All items of that price should be send by special delivery with the appropriate compensation..
How did you cancel the order ?
You have to do it properly through ebay and if you did not then you will be charged with the fees
If you did send cancellation requests then you can close them after 10 days if the buyer does not respond
