Dirty packaging

Seller sent items in pizza box with greasy stains, yuck. I paid £8 postage and packaging item post value £4.20. I have sold on eBay too, and I don't understand why they couldn't of got a free box and cut it down. I'm havnt used eBay in a while and I have noticed the few items I have bought from the UK, the bare minimum being used to wrap items i.e plastic bags.

Use the star ratings and you could also mention it in feedback.

There isn't much point in telling us about sellers' bad packaging. There's nothing we can do about it.

If, as a result, an item has arrived damaged you can use eBay's money back guarantee. The seller will have to refund you in full, and send a prepaid return label if they want the item back. This is quite a strong incentive to pack things better!

You can of course always leave whatever feedback and detailed seller ratings you consider appropriate.

Why have you never once mentioned poor packaging where it may have some effect: when leaving feedback?
