On the eBay app it tells the buyer were the order is on delivery buy yet I order a few things from eBay but when I'm tracking my item some times the app doses not show were abouts the item or items are do all delivery services have to scan the items that are being deliverd delivered

No some carriers only show when the item has been delivered plus it can take 24 hours for ebay to catchup with other companies tracking.
