I sent a buyer an offer which she declined. She then paid full price for item. After I'd posted it she demanded £2 back. Advised by ebay not to. She received item on Monday and again demanded £2, Advised to ignore her, she messaged again Tuesday saying item received give me back £2. Advised again to ignore her. Messaged me several times Wednesday, was then advised by ebay to reply to her explaining I wouldn't be refunding her. Only then did she open a return case claiming item wasn't authentic. I then proved it was indeed authentic and was advised to offer her a £2 refund within the return (advisor said she's clearly lying) but that if she accepted £2 and closed the return that it would prove she had indeed acted deceitfully. She did accept the £2 and closed the return. She then had the audacity to leave negative feedback. My first in 8 years of selling! Ebay are refusing to remove it. They have enabled and facilitated a deceitful buyer. I am angry and upset in equal measure!
Try contacting ebay again 1st thing in the morning, you should get Dublin,
hopefully you can explain easier than Philippines.
