Damaged item received

I've contacted a seller as item they have sent is damaged which wasn't stated on description.

I've provided photo evidence for the seller.

They have replied and said item was not damaged when packed up and posted.

Damage would not of happened during delivery.

I have re checked the original sellers photos and damage is visible.

Seller is not replying to my messages now and stated they cannot help anymore.

Any advice please

Ebay is still fairly new to me

Start a "not as described" return on the far right of your order in Purchase History.  Then escalate it after 3 business days.   If the seller is in the UK ebay will require them to issue a paid-for postage label for you to print and use.   And they will enforce the refund after return.
