Customs cleared

Hi, i buy an item which is subject to custom control but the seller shipped this item with some service with private freight forwarder. The costs for this is four times bigger for me instead this item is customs cleared by national post.I will have to pay the same price as the sandals. So far I have ordered over 20 products and all went to customs in Macedonian Post. This method of customs clearance is very expensive and before the seller make the delivery of this type he need to inform the client?I dont want to pay for this I want the service delivery return an item and to get refund. Do i have possibility of such a request? Thank you

When you are buying on ebay it is up to you not only to read thec description, BUT also things like postage which are clearly shown in the Postage section. It is not the fault of the seller if you don't read the information available.

If on a Listing it says "Posts to UK and many other Countries" that means the seller is using Global Shipping and all fees are paid up front including the Global Fees.

If you avoid those sellers, the postage will be a lot cheaper, BUT you may still have to pay Customs Duty or VAT, and the Courier who delivers will make a charge for collecting the Customs Duty or VAT. For example in the UK Royal Mail charge £8, Couriers a lot more.

In meantime the seller write me that he will request for the delivery service to back the order in his warehouse and he will make a refund. What action I have to take for this and how to be sure that he will do that, bearing on mind that he will have to pay for this returning.Thank you in advance
