Contacting eBay to speak to a person

Good morning I would really like to speak to someone at eBay regarding a return request I put in about a dress I purchased which had many faults on it any body got any idea how I can do this many thanks

You do not need to contact Customer Services for this,  you need to open a case for item not as described in the Resolution Centre.

Escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand, and eBay will step in and force the refund.

 

Do not close the case early on any excuse or promise from the seller and do not forget to escalate.

 

If the seller wants their item back first the case will enforce them to pay for that postage.
