Contact buyer

I have just sold an item but I am away from home and won't be able to post it for a couple of days. I pressed the contact buyer button but it just takes me to my messages. Why can't I create a message to the buyer?

You have post within 2 days although it is always best to post straight away.

If you are going to be away you should either end listings or mark as Time away.

There are problems with messages and many are not able to contact other members.

You could try writing the message and then cutting and pasting onto messages see if that works

If using the app then try a computer

If you message them then they may not be too happy to know you are not posting straight away
