Hi I wonder if anyone has come across this problem, I bought a light from the seller' "clickamobile4 " once the item arrived it was faulty it cost me extra for the electrician that came to install it so I got in touch with the seller and he assured me that not to worry currently the item is out of stock and as soon as it comes it they will replace it , this communication carried on for over 3 months every time they promptly got back to me assuring me that not to worry it will be sorted, now this seller is a good seller according to eBay ratings so foolishly I trusted him... needless to say they kept me hanging on and as soon as the time passed where I couldn't leave feedback they stopped completely replying to any of my emails. Can someone recommend have I got any recourse because I'm really angry at the way I've been made a fool out off & really don't want other people getting caught out with this seller.., I was aware of cons but this is first time I've come across this technique. I would appreciate any help ideally I need eBay to know about this seller and make other buyers aware. Thank you for your time and help in advance.
There is nothing you can do on ebay.
You should have opened a not as described as soon as you received the item
and you would have received your money back
You could try paypal if you paid that way as you have 180 days
You try and sign up to their returns before you do
If that fails and they are a business in the Uk then try Citizens advice
If you paid by card then try your card provider
