Checkout as a guest is not an option anymore

I want to purchase an item as a guest, but when I click ‘buy it now’ I am only asked to sign in, register, or continue with fb, Apple or Google. Checkout as a guest is not an option open to me. Why is that?

EBay and PayPal are parting Company. EBay have set up Managed Payments. Enter it into Help and Contact at the top of the Page. EBay will now be controlling Guest Payments.
