Cash on collection

I have an item for sale. Received a message from a local customer who wanted to collect. I agreed. Gave customer address asking him to 'buy it now' and he could pay cash on collection.  He has collected and paid but is refusing to complete the sale by buying it now thinking he will have to pay twice. I have a thread of emails detailing this. How do i finalise the sale as he will not do as agreed

He should have bought it first and then you exchange details for collection

You have done an off ebay sale if you sold it before it was bought

If ebay see that you have exchanged any contact details then they may realise you have done an off ebay

sale and that can lead to suspension or restriction of your account

You will have to end the item if it is still listed as if you sell it again you will have a bigger problem
