I ordered something on line as a guest through eBay and the firm hasn't got the thing I wanted in stock, offered me alternatives, which I don't want, so I want to cancel my order and get a refund,
When I click the 'reply' in the email I receive a message ' The question your trying to answer is either invalid or older than 90 days.
I thought maybe registering with eBay would solve this, but my order does not show up, as I made the purchase prior to registering...
Can anyone help with how I send a simple message saying 'cancel my order please!
