Hi,
I was contacted by a buyer asking if I would ship an item i have for sale to Chile. I replied to the buyer and said the unrotunatley I don't ship to Chile. I then went into my ebay account and it says that this buyer had bought my item although I had not recieved any money for it yet. I then proceded to cancel the order as a seller, after asking the buyer to cancel the order.
My ebay account syas it will relist my item after a refund has been paid to the buyer. What is concerning me is that I did not actually recieve any money into my account from this buyer so there surely will be no money to refund to this buyer. I am concerned that this might be some kind of scam as the buyer only joned Ebay in June this year and has no reviews yet.
I am not somehow going to be out of pocket here am I with a refund of money I never recieved?
Any advice would be appreciated.
