Hi everyone, I recently won 2 items from the same seller both on auction but the seller cancelled my order as she thought Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland where the same so didn’t want to send her packages to Northern Ireland as it was abroad from the UK 🙄 yes I know I explained it to her but I think she just wasn’t happy with the price one of the items sold for.. but anyway, one of the tracksuits I purchased was refunded instantly but the other more expensive item says cancellation pending and when I click into cancellation details it says to let eBay know when I’ve received the refund. Both items where paid for through my bank card so there is no reason to receive an instant refund for one item but have no idea what is happening with the other.
I’ve checked numerous other articles with a similar issue but I can’t seem to find any answers as the seller keeps telling me I need to accept the cancellation request but the only option it is giving me is to accept that I have received the refund which I haven’t..
Any help greatly appreciated.
