Cancel return after requesting lab

I can't cancel this return because I have requested a label.

Tried going through help information but there are no stated drop down menu, it locks at "return started" please help

Go to your My eBay > Messages, click on the return message from ebay and then click on the blue "See return details" tab.   Near the top right of the next page, below the blue "Reply to seller" tab you should see - "If you no longer want to return this item, you can close this return".

If you still have problems, if the item is not returned the case will expire eventually.   The seller will not be charged for an unused label.
