Can't find order no or item no on eBay account and did not receive items what do I do I am not to good at reading and writing so it takes me longer to sort things out

You haven't used your acount for over a year but if you bought an item on ebay then it will show in your my ebay and "Purchase History" section where you can use the drop down menu next to the item you bought to raise a not received case with ebay via the resolution centre,http://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/

If you bought as a guest on ebay then check the invoice you received via email when paying
