I am a seller and needsomeone from eBay to contact the buyer to confirm that the item HAS already been delivered.

If you have No Tracking to prove Delivery your Buyer can claim Item Not Received and you would have to Fully Refund them.

You just Enter the Tracking Number into the Sale Summary so your Buyer can check it.

I cannot give a delivery number as the item was personally delivered to the buyer!
