Can negative feedback from a seller be removed

Can negative feedback comments from a seller be challenged and removed. It is under a positive rating so doesn't show if the standard button to remove feedback is used as it only seems to bring up neutral and negative feedback?

Yes that feedback you received can definitely be removed,  sellers are not allowed to leave negative feedbacks for buyers,  hence the missing neg/ neutral facility.

Contact eBay Customer Services they will remove it,  and place a policy violation strike on the seller's account.

Unfortunately the neg OP left can also be removed for mentioning 'case'.
