It may be free to list, but you always pay a fee when item sells.

Hi I understand that but with postage the guy paid £1.84p twice surely the
COMMISION cannot be £1.95 or can it?

I can't see anything you sold for 99p, you also pay fees on P&P listed.

you are on managed payments so you are charged 12.8% plus 30p per transaction,

this money is collected by Adyen, the fees are paid to ebay and the rest deposited in your bank a few days later.
