Can I refuse to accept a final bid received?

I rarely use E-bay. Obvioulsy I listed an item wrongly: I put it up for bidding - starting bid £65. However in the window where I put in details - it said something like, 'Lowest offer accepted', & I put £130. Now I see the highest bidder has won this item - at £65. I do not wish to conclude this transaction, as this is way undr priced so am wondering if I can cancel this?

Very good way to get Negative Feedback. You can only properly cancel the sale with the agreement of the buyer.

You must have ticked BEST OFFER and the lowest price that would automatically be accepted if an offer was made,

That is automatically removed as soon as there is a bid. Best offer does not over-rule a bid which can be placed at the start price.
