Buyer not paying extra postage as agreed

Hi,

I had a buyer ask for a faster postage option and we agreed I would send over a receipt that she would pay after postage.  I've sent him the item and receipt and she's not replying to my messages.  How do I get paid?  Can eBay step in on this one?

No is nothing to do with Ebay. They don't  get involved with Postage disputes. Send your Buyer a PayPal Money Request. You would need their Email Address.

You mean you sent the item before the buyer had paid?

If you did then you have no away of getting your money 

The only thing you can do is to do the non payment function and cancel after a full 4days to get your fees back.

Ebay wont help get your money

Ebay send messages for the buyer to pay and if they dont either you or ebay can cancel the transaction and you get the final fees back. The non payer gets a strike on their account.
