Someone won my auction and has ignored the fact they have to pay for the item. I have sent them a payment reminder and they are continuing to ignore my request for payment. Can I cancel the order without EBay charging me money?
Run the case for 4x24 hours timed to the second the case opened. If still unpaid, only close the case on 'day' 5 when you see onscreen the option to get a fee credit. Ignore anything the buyer might say.
Add the buyer's id to your blocked bidder list and also make sure that you have tightene up your buyer requirements, especially blocking people who have 2+ unpaid strikes in 12 months.
Do not relist until you have shut down the first transaction correctly.
