Buyer falsely claiming an item isnt as discribed

Buyer has  requested a refund after 3 weeks claiming a zodiac tea towel I sold was faded. It isnt Icant upload the picture. I think she has just changed her mind as she has brought over tea towels from another seller around the same time.

I have accepted the return as I didnrt feeling had Choice. Should I report her to tea bayfor mis using the return policy? I also worried that she has been using  the tea towel to worse still send me back a fadded one she has.She mentioned that she has had this tea towel before when they first came out and that's why she knows the colour has fadded

You were wise. EBay's default policy where it can't tell whether an item was correctly described is to support the buyer. As they decide disputes without even seeing the item it's almost a foregone conclusion that they will find in the buyer's favour.

If you don't accept the return and send a prepaid return label eBay will enforce the refund, and let the buyer keep the item. No-one says it's fair, this is just the reality of selling on eBay today.

Be thankful it's only a tea towel. How would you feel if it was something valuable, and the buyer didn't even return the same item, but you still had to refund them - because as eBay didn't see what you sent the buyer, they said they couldn't tell who had the valid case?
