Buyer does not want to use eBay Global Shipping

I have sold some shoes to a gentleman in China, he wants me to send it to him dirrectly but as he bought it through the eBay Global shipping I cannot raise an invoice how can I raise an invoice for the additional fees?

there are no  "additional fees" the buyer has already paid eBay and you cannot send them directly to the buyer once sold via Global.
