Buyer has won the bid but don't live in the UK when listing state delivery within the UK

Go to actions, right of the item on your sold list > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address.

Put their ID on your blocked bidder list - here:

And you can use this link to put a general block on buyers in locations you don't post to:

Select options then tick "Apply above settings to active and future listings" at the bottom.
