An item I sold shows as delivered from the 10th July. The buyer contacted me to say he missed the collection period, its the first time I've sent it to an argos and now I'm fretting because it was an expensive limited edition item and I've heard nothing about its return to me via eBay or Argos. I've found that it will be returned via 48hr tracked but its way past that now. I did have the ebay code on the label. I can't find any avenue to speak to anyone through ebay to find out what the process is, how I can confirm its on its way back or when it's likely to arrive. If anyone can shed a little light on this mess I'd very much appreciate it!
As long as you have Entered the Tracking Number into Dispatch/Sale Summary and Delivery to Argos is Confirmed you don't have to Refund. Is the Buyers loss for not Collecting within 7 days.
