hello!
I sold a table that was collected in person but I didn't scan the code off my buyer or input it on collection.
I have contacted the buyer and asked for the code but no reply yet. This has affected my seller standard etc.
I have messages between us which ends in the buyer saying "collected it thank you". Cannot see any option on the help options that tells me how I resolve this if I don't here back from my buyer.
Any ideas?

It is not mandatory to use that code. Indeed, many sellers do not use the app to run their seller accounts, and that is needed here for that code.
So, either go right of the item sold to More Actions, and there select Mark as Paid, and Mark as Dispatched.
Or, if you are on the Seller Hub page, go to Orders>> Awaiting Postage >> Print Postage Label, click on the item, and you will see those instructions top left of the page.
You may need a desktop browser, not a mobile browser, or an app to manage this.
