Box dameged by hermes=negative feedback

Hello

For the last couple of weeks i am receiving messages about poor condiction of purchases(boxes) receiving .Before this period packing method was exactly the same and was ok.

But  yesterday it reached the top . Customer send me a picture of item totally ripped off and in diffrent packaging. Of course without contacting me or letting me know what happend  or a chance to investigate or finding solution i have received a  negative feedback. In tracking history it states that the parcel was longer then usual in delivery and with some history of reprinting lable (only can guess they damag ethe parcel and had to change the packaging). I have contacted  ebay and recived the answer that is ok to recive negative feedback and they will not remove it. My flustraction is that i did all what i could and this negative  feedback should go to Hermes as they did get pay and thats was their job.

The only way to get it removed would be if you could convince the buyer that it was not your fault, and get them to agree to amend it. Delays in delivery and rough handling by Hermes are hardly your fault, perhapsadifferent method of delivery is needed.

Ebay are very little help, it does all depend on the buyer and how reasonable they are in understanding who is at fault. Some buyers live in a different world! Has the buyer opened a case for a refund of any sort?
