Bought an item and not paid

Hi 

Any advice I have an item listed which states its used and the pictures show this the buyer has bid and won the auction but has now sent me a message saying they are unwilling to pay as they no longer want it what are my options thanks

EBays new system allows cancel for non-payment after 5 days.  Silly buyer will get a defect and with 2 [or more] will no longer be able to buy from many sellers.  

A relief to us all really.

If you were really kind you could message him pointing out that eBay expects buyers to pay, that you will use the system and that he will get a defect.  Or just do it anyway

The same as for all NON PAYERS. After 4 days you cancel the sale using reason "Buyer did not pay". Buyer gets an unpaid strike and you can relist.

Add buyer to Blocked bidders List and set your preferences to Block Bidders with two or more Unpaid strikes.
