Blocking someone who wastes your time

I have a problem with someone on ebay

This person, over the last 3 years has regularly contacted me as a seller regarding an item i have for sale on ebay.  Despite my numerous replies answering all of their queries, this person CONTINUES TO CONTACT ME, asking the same question, again and again. 

I have responded to them that if they contact me again i will report them to ebay, however it doesn't appear that you are able to report anyone that hasn't actually bought anything from you.

I thought i had blocked them from my own ebay account, however i have again today received the same question on the same item by the same person

Please help!

Unfortunately, you cannot report someone who has not had a transaction with you.  Make sure their ID is on your blocked bidder list:

then tick "Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me" at the bottom of this:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

Do not reply to them again.  They're obviously getting something out of doing this so don't give them the satisfaction.
