Bidder issue

hi community.

A bit of a strange one I have an item Selling . One of the bidders has sent me a message

making an offer "take it or leave it" which is way below a bid he has made already ? I am

not responding. Is this  a repxortable incident ?

You can't accept offers once a bid has been placed,personally I would cancel their bid and add them to Blocked Bidders to stop them bidding and potentially ruining the auction.

Thank you for the response. I noticed that the bidder that has placed the bid
Does indeed have the same identification as the person in the message offering
The lower price than the bid but the number in brackets after their ID is different
As follows. Admincoastview(371) as opposed to admincoastview(369)
Can this still be the same person. This all seems a bit suspicious !
