To take eBay to small claims court
Taking eBay to court is a fantasy. If you read the user agreement you will find that whatever eBay has done or failed to do, the user agreement gives them the power to do it. We all accepted this when we became users. The fact that you had to ask for eBay's address tells us that you haven't read even the opening paragraphs of the user agreement!
