I have returned an item and the seller has not refunded me the payment. The seller is not responding to my messages and ebay randomly contacted me today via email asking if I have received the refund and if not would I like ebay to step in. I have requested ebay to step in on this matter but when I do so it just denotes "An eBay Money Back Guarantee case cannot be opened!"
How can I contact ebay, there is no number or email, my only option is to ask the community!!
