Advertising one item sending different yet seller says it's correct

There are three pictures advertising a pole support with all brackets and tighteners, yet I get a different pole support literally. It has bits missing , the ripple foam has a square insert through it, I get a round bar. It's easy to just send back but I have to pay the postage.
