Hi There,

I purchased and paid for 4 electric tooth brushes. Only 1 arrived this morning with the ebay status showing delivered!I keep try to file an issue, however it keeps diverting me to the delivered evidence screen.

I have emailed the seller twice with no reply.What can i do? Ive effectively paid over £90 for 1 toothbrush!

If they were bought in one transaction you need to open a "not as described" return case rather than a "not received" one.   Do that via More Actions on the far right of your order in Purchase History. Then escalate it after 3 business days.   If the seller is in the UK ebay will require them to issue a paid-for postage label for you to print and use.  And they will enforce the refund after return.

ok thanks, yes i bought 4 in 1 transaction. Do i need to go to the return item to get to the item not as descirbed?
