Even though it was my last day at work before my lovely lovely holiday.....I had to leave early...oooh me hooves...

don't know what's happening it's nerve damage I think, just like someone slashing the back of your heel bone with a knife...in the end I couldn't walk!!! luckily I had some time owing so I used an hour and headed for home.

It's still doing it.....I need a HUGE HUG.....

no just me being a dope!!! I'm trying to rest the **bleep** thing but just as you think it's going to stop.....in it comes again. I've stood up, walked, sat, leg up, leg down, round me 'earole.....nothing seems to stop it...Thankfully now, it's stopped for a bit. The heat from my heel though is amazing. I could fry a rasher of bacon on it at the moment!!!!!

you havnt ruptured your chilles tendon have you ? if its no better tom orro go to the hospital and get it checked. very easy to do

OMG Mozart...I never thought of that, I may have done something there, as the bony growth is rubbing on them I'm sure.....gawd! off to get the ice now...

i would go to the hospital capt and get it checked. if you have its a plaster job which is changed every 2 weeks. and its best to get them to stitch it since it may need stitching after 6 weeks plaster. hopefully its not but sooner its checked the better. in the mean time support it and keep your foot up and apply ice. (not direct on skin )

by the way u can walk on a runptured achilles i dodnt know i did mine until a visit to hospital did mine in judo years ago

it's on the one that's waiting to be done. I'll mention it to the doc when I go for the op. The left one that I had done, does it a bit from time to time. They say it's nerve damage, but it's never been this bad before.

I've been taking ibuprofen since last night and it's calmed down a wee bit. Still letting me know it's there though.

thanks Chris, that was nice....it's still doing it, but not as bad, I'm going to take some more tablets before I go to bed and hope the inflamation has gone down enough by tomorrow to not bother me too much.

At least I won't have to get up early tomorrow.
