i'm here .just finished eating home made lasagne and chip shop chips and home made coleslaw.it was yum:-)

ive been in  fb more, and reading

even seller central is in a boring stage

the nicer weather is getting people out in the garden too, i cleared the yard today ready to put my runner beans out over the weekend

I had cereal but it didn't "do" it for me, I don't know what I fancy, so I'm trying not to eat anything and I'm sucking a mint instead:^O

I keep nipping in and out CB as I am busy knitting at the moment.  I'm doing a lemon and white matinee coat.

I've noticed that it seems to go quiet at night time.

I like the sound of your tea as well Cookie.

How's your hooves feeling now CB?  I hope that they are feeling a lot better now.  You just sit there with your feet up.  Sending you hugs.

I went to bed at 11am and woke up at 2pm...still in a lot of pain.

I always say that Captain that there's always someone worse off than me.  You're right about Stan's rhyme - black and white cow wouldn't have sounded right.  My problem is I'm too tired at the moment and I'll be off to bed soon.

I remember Alex, Doughnut, Joferret, Pix (who still makes an occasional appearance), I miss all of them.  And Numptz and Merlin.

it's sod's law that's all.

I think they'll say next step is a cortisone injection, but I am trying to think what it could be, I think there's more than one thing wrong. I may need new meds, I go the docs in a fortnight.
