yooo hoooo yes, the computer was OK after it spit out it's dummy. We switched it off, left it a bit and switched it on and prayed, and it came back to normal and has been OK ever since.

What was that all about then????????

Computer's are like that CB. The first thing I always try is turn it off and leave it for at least a quarter of an hour. Usually sorts it out.

is it a laptop or a home computer

go to start...........control panel

click hardware & sound, then device manager

then.......................

make sure there are no exclamation marks on the list

a lot of times simple build up of dust can overheat the machine

but as i say could be anything.
