Why can i not post.

Im not very good with computers but while im on here i can post things for a couple of hours say up to midday and then my pc will not let me post any more things on here on the discussion articles?. Why?. I have asked in a n e.mail on here and i was told to clear my cookies and browsers and so forth and i have done that but it still happens?. Any advice anyone?. HELP !!!. Thanks.:-(

also if you have not wrote 10 post it may be that ebay logs you out .when you open discussion board on you left it says welcome cookie etc but some times it says welcome guest then you have to sign in again:-)
