Thank you to the weather forecaster who said this area was going to have the best day of the weekend, with sunshine today ! So what have we got? Yet more rain and a load of washing to get dry! It hasn't even got daylight yet. Now, on the other hand if all this rain we are getting was SNOW, just think how lovely and deep and picturesque it would be.........Instead of that we have muddy, soggy fields to walk and slide about in when dog-walking. What weather are the rest of you having?

Aww Merc.  I feel sorry for you 'cos as ya know, I hate snow.

This morning our weather wasn't too bad but this afternoon, it has made up for it.  A couple hours ago, we had one almighty storm with hail in it as well as a very strong wind.  It's rather blowy here to say the least.

 Wind & rain no bother...but all my power lines are still overhead, so it's a dead cert my power will go, with the weight on the lines...

Ooh Merc, send us some snow, love!! Don't keep it all for yourself We've had torrential rain this afternoon, the road looked like a river, then had hailstones, followed by thunder and lightning.

 Its been damp and dark in Maidstone. Its getting darker sky almost snow looking here and i hope maybe its coming?? . I see others have had it, and the papers forecast Gales!!!!!!!!!!!!!... Mmmmmm. Brrrrr.

I live on Merseyside and it's still blowing a gale at full pelt here.  It's frightening it's that bad.

Strong winds here and loads of rain this morning, but apparantly it is going to be horrible tomorrow with high winds and rain.

SO WHAT IS NEW.

Going to get colder next week, so long as it stops raining.

It's still blowing a gale here at the moment.  It seems to be coming from the south and our bedrooms are south facing so it should be a noisy night.

It's still blowing a gale here and has been since we got up yesterday morning.  At least it isn't raining here at the moment.  The wind is swirling around at the moment and I just wish that it would a drop a lot.

I know they have forecast a little snow maybe tomorrow and a bit heavier on Thursday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. we shall see,i will dig the wellies out soon then. Shame i live so near to work i have no reason not to get there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL.

We have had heavy rain today but at least it's stopped now.  Must admit it's not so jolly warm.  At least we've not had snow forecast thankfully.

VERY heavy rain mixed with hailstones / chips of ice. Had to resort to dressing in black wheelie bin liners when I went to hossie. It's also very cold with what my Mum called a "lazy" wind - too lazy to go round you, so goes straight through.

I am now tucked up in bed with both my microwave hottie and my electric heat pad, trying to get warm.
