Morning Towery + morning all. Having a lie in and then yet another attempt to turn storage depot into a home :^O
Such a beautiful day today already. Managed to save some plants etc from my Mum's garden so may get out into the garden and do a little planting. It is also currently like a recycling yard (needs a shed) but it's not that big and I don't want to spoil it with a large shed. Perhaps I need to do some measuring and see where I could fit one in.

A lot of paperwork and other things to achieve this weekend, but trying to pace ourselves. Master A is watching a film about snow leopards and dreaming of seeing one in r/l.

My local zoo has one. Not been for years butjust checked and it's still on the list.

G/p that's very kind of you but I should have specified that he means in the wild up a snowy rock face. The one's he was watching where in Pakistan.

I've actually seen two in the wild in Altai though one was over four decades ago and the other was old and rangy and a good couple of decades ago. Friends in that region tell me that where once there where close on a thousand there are less than one hundred and fifty believed to still exist, and actual sightings are down to ten sightings of probably the same two animals last year. 😞
It is btw the area that most zoo one's come from.

weather warmer today its very changable up here
today will be our first full day off we can do what we like today and boy do we need a brake its been non stop since last wednesday

urgh fhg is not 28k freindly it takes about a miniut for each page to load!! I want my BB back :_| going mad

still its worth it to wake up and find a golden eagle in your back garden :)

there's kestrels too but best of all a peregrine falcon which sits on a post not more than 30 feet from this window!
I've never been that close to a wild one
The eagles don't come that close they hang around near the pines
there are deer every where jane nearly squashed one on the first day
