Although they were four for £1 and I got to take my frustration at the fiddly-ness by whacking seven bells out of them to get the seeds to drop out 😄

if you can get whole ones cheap, Oh Pee, why not
poms are usually about 90p each, so a £1 tray that yields the same with no hassle makes sense

they only have a shelf life of a few days though
so i cannae work out what you are gonna do with these things you have waiting on your de hydrater arriving

when you dry things, the fresher the better
you can of course dry things that arent so fresh but when you rehydrate, the quality wont be just as good as fresher produce

a tray of seeds (or 3 or 4 of them) doesnt last long here
its the ultimate convenience food for me!

Morning all. Bright & sunny here. I don't know if there was a frost as I have only just got up! I can't see any signs of one.

I am going to Poole this afternoon to a friends quilt group Xmas party.:-)

I can assure you that there is 'Posh Poole' & 'Common Poole'. Guess where I am going! lol Not true actually as the party is at Upton House which is very grand.:-)

They do put on a good spread, have a little quilt show & a good speaker so it will be a nice afternoon out.:-)

Are you back yet maggie?  How did it go?

We always have buckets of fruit here, Merlin so none of it will be wasted.  I was just hoping my new toy would arrive a bit quicker but never mind.  I'll just have to get more when it finally does LOL!

I've only wrapped a couple of prezzies so far.  I'm getting a little worried as there is quite a lot of things I ordered online that haven't arrived yet.  Last time I ordered Crimbo prezzies on line (about 4 yrs ago) they arrived on Christmas eve!!!!! 😮
