THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

I cannot use a mouse,my fingers just cramp up. I use a trackball and whatever finger I want. If my fingers are bad, I can even use the palm of my hand to move the ball. Mind you, it isn't fun when your ball falls out and runs off across the floor

Daughter had sciatica earlier in the week tara.  She knew she'd be sitting on a plane today and  would have a job getting off it if she didn't do something about it.  She went to an osteopath, Wednesday and Friday.  He put needles in it and massaged it and it's gone completely.  Have you ever tried that?:-D

I must be weird then...........no surprise there 😉

My neighbour uses the index finger too, wonder why I picked up with using my middle one???

Anyway I'm about to purchase a touch pad and keyboard thingy, so that I don't have to use a mouse at all 😄

Welshy that little dress set is absolutely adorable 😄 CB is going to love it. Those little shoes and the little buttons are gorgeous, you is very clever :-x

This is why I want to learn to crochet from a pattern because crochet is much fast than knitting, but I'll still do the both anyway.

It's been a rotten day here........wet nearly all day 😞 I hope tomorrow is better..............it's back to me knitting then 😄

If I am in the living room using the lappy, obviously, I'll use the touchpad but I am not so keen on using it.  When I have the computer in my bedroom, I'll use the mouse then.

evening peeps.....

aren't I the lucky coo then? teddy will love that outfit, oooh it's soooo cute, and those wee shoes!

I use my index finger too I can't use the pad on the lappy it drives me nuts!

I shall be making something in felt tomorrow, I've just spent the evening tracing a pattern and cutting out the cardboard bits...9 pieces to make one item:O

still if it comes out well it will be worth it.

Moosie, you may find it hard to do crochet if you have bad hands, I have arthritis in mine and my fingers lock if I hold the crochet hook for too long. I can knit for a bit though. I must have another go at crochet though, I would like to make another blankie, like I dont' have enough throws in this house:_|

Sometimes I get cramp in my fingers when I knit. Just one finger insists on leaning up against the next one instead of staying in it's own space.  I pull it back and as soon as I start knitting again, off it goes again!X-(

Hello, just popping in because I have found a wifi a connection! We are two hours ahead too. Having such a lovely time and totally love this place. Have my mum and the boys to think of at the moment but I think I will come here to live eventually. 🙂

My brother in law and his wife have some holiday villas on Corfu.  They spend a month or so in the spring getting them ready, a month or so at the end of the season sorting them out for the winter, a month or so a couple of times in the summer.  One or the other might pop over for a week with friends for a break.  I think if it wasn't for their family over here they'd stay there permanently!:-D

Good afternoon folks.  Can't believe I have slept through till now!  Had a bad night though, was still wide awake at 3am and had to take extra painkillers, so I think they knocked me out eventually :^O

CB, you have mail, thank you 🙂

Started on a gorgeous dress last night, but then got totally stuck on the pattern and couldn't make any sense of it. Am hoping it was just through tiredness, and will have another go at it today 🙂

Afternoon everyone.  Sorry that you didn't have a good night's sleep Welshie.  I hate it when it takes me hours to get to sleep.  It seems to put me out for days after.   Hope that you feel better now.
