Simply Knitting Magazine hepl required with a pattern

Does anyone get the magazine Simply Knitting?

I started the beret  from a pattern which was in a "Christmas Knits" supplement with this months issue,
number:112 October, I had just reached the "decreases" and my dog  ate the booklet!

Can anyone help please? I'd prefer to not  buy another copy as it's just a couple of pages in AIll I need is someone to give me the pattern fromt he decreases and a copy of the chart please?
