Have you tried the MS Malicious Software Removal Tool as suggested on your other thread?

Hahahahaha Stan, I don't think I've used my mobile since I last talked to you on it!!!! I'm always getting told off my one of my mates for not having it switched on, but we have very limited places in the house where we can get reception! I have to sit in the corner of the lounge with my hand up in the air!!!
any luck yet?

Stan last time my dad let something nasty into his computer (he is 84) my husband restored it to its original state using the restore disks that come with the computer, it took hours but fixed the problem. Any more than that I don't know but anyone with more computer knowledge might be able to help.

won't allow a system restore to any date as it is at present , not sure if a full restore using the discs might help will wait and see if anyone else has any suggestiond then might be worth trying as I have nothing to lose at present..................... except my sanity with the blooming thing
